Your Personal Off-line Search Engine
ILIAD searches the Internet off-line via e-mail or the Web. If you have e-mail - you can search the Web!
Using agent technology, ILIAD provides intelligent, selective access to Internet information through two avenues: a simple low-cost e-mail interface, and a Web-based form.
ILIAD by e-mail is optimal for users who have no Web access, are vision impaired, or prefer quick searching the Web via the command line.
ILIAD by Web also searches the Internet and provides the same time saving benefit. Searches are submitted and then performed off-line. The search results are e-mailed to review at your convenience. The subject line of your e-mail should be "iliad query," and then you should type in "?Q," and then your query keywords.
System Requirements: An e-mail account or an Internet connection and a Web browser
