The Conference Room has two Ethernet connections, a projector and a large projection screen. We can provide whatever PCs, sound equipment, or other resources you may need (within reason please).

Lodging

Some lodging is available onsite which is minimal but comfortable and pleasant for $40 (w/o TV) and $50 (w/ TV) per night. NASA Lodge Telephone 650-603-7101.
The County Inn is just across the freeway from Ames (5 minutes). It has a swimming pool. The cost is about $150/night including breakfast. +1 650-961-1131 for reservations.
Lodging in San Francisco puts you about one-hour away and in San Jose about 30-minutes away.

Airport Connections

The closest airport is San Jose, SJC (15 minutes).
San Francisco, SFO is just a little farther (30 minutes).
