The Conference Room has two Ethernet connections, a projector and a large projection screen. We can provide whatever PCs, sound equipment, or other resources you may need (within reason please).

Lodging

  • Some lodging is available onsite which is minimal but comfortable and pleasant for $40 (w/o TV) and $50 (w/ TV) per night. NASA Lodge Telephone 650-603-7101.
  • The County Inn is just across the freeway from Ames (5 minutes). It has a swimming pool. The cost is about $150/night including breakfast. +1 650-961-1131 for reservations.
  • Lodging in San Francisco puts you about one-hour away and in San Jose about 30-minutes away.

Airport Connections

  • The closest airport is San Jose, SJC (15 minutes).
  • San Francisco, SFO is just a little farther (30 minutes).
